By setting up triggers and actions, users can automate repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy.

What automation components are available?

  • Triggers: Triggers are moments when a JaroBot will start. They can be changes to orders or data, or a time specific format (so a JaroBot can run at different times.
  • Order Status: The stage an order is in can drive an automation.Actions: The action a JaroBot can take, which includes adding tags, sending emails or other actions.
  • Delays/Time periods: numbers of minutes, hours, or business days or hours that can drive delays or action moments.
  • Conditional Data: These are data points that can be used to create conditional statements or advanced logic, such conditionals like Is Equals to or Not Equals To - for example IF Lender name = “National Mortgages” do XYZ action.
